Maximus Gulf Company (“Maximus Gulf”), is a company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration no 1010374556. Maximus Gulf owns and operates this website (www.maximus.sa & www.maximusgulf.com) and related mobile applications and websites (“Site”). Before using our Site, please read these Terms of Use carefully, including Maximus Gulf’s Data Protection Policy and Cookie Policy (the “Terms”).
By using this Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,
please do not use this Site or any of the affiliated websites and mobile applications. This includes downloading and installing on your device.
By using the Site you agree to accept the following Terms:
- Except as otherwise noted, the content and format of the Site are the property of Maximus Gulf. Any trademarks used or referred to in the Site are the property of their respective owners.
- You represent that you will ensure the accuracy of information that you provide and have the lawful right to submit it to Maximus Gulf or the websites. You also agree that you will use the Site in a responsible and lawful way and not submit any information unless you are legally entitled to do so. You also agree not to deliberately try to undermine the security of the Site; this includes attempting to introduce viruses, overload or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information which the websites comprise of, or any other actions which could affect the security of information or our reputation.
- You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is false, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another party’s privacy, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under Applicable Law. This includes any copyrighted material or material that is confidential to a third party. ‘Applicable Law’ shall mean all laws, statutes, legislation (including implementing legislation), decrees, resolutions, rules and judgements of competent courts as amended from time to time and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and as applicable to you in the jurisdiction from which you access the Site.
- Maximus Gulf has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review transmissions, bulletin boards, postings and chat rooms that may be made available on or via the Site. Maximus Gulf assumes no liability with respect to such activities or the content of any such services.
- Maximus Gulf reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion, to screen content submitted by you and to edit, move, delete, and/or refuse to accept any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.
- You agree, by submitting information to any area of the Site, that you grant Maximus Gulf and our affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such public submissions.
- Except as expressly set out here nothing contained in the Site shall confer any license or right to any copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary interest of Maximus Gulf or any third party. - We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID at any time, if in Maximus Gulf’s opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.
- Maximus Gulf may in its absolute discretion deny you access to the Site and/or terminate your registration at any time without notice or explanation.

These Terms shall begoverned by the law of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you agree that any dispute between you and Maximus Gulf regarding them or the Site, will be dealt with only by the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nothing in the Terms shall prevent Maximus Gulf from initiating proceedings for a breach of the Terms in the jurisdiction in which you or the infringing party is based and nothing shall prevent Maximus Gulf from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.
